The production line is controlled by PLC. The touch-pad screen and frequency conversion control techniques are used in the interface between operator and machine. The mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems are interlocked. It has the features of high automation, high reliability and stability. The machine can use 1.2-breadth corrugated paper to produce paper core, and also produce 1.6-breadth paper board. The paper utilization rate is high, and the price is moderate.
